Products and prices
Prices are shown in USD. Product pages describe the materials, dimensions, colors and hanging-length options. Measurements refer to the pendant body unless stated otherwise. Screen settings and lighting may affect color appearance.
Payment authorization
By submitting payment, you authorize the amount displayed at checkout for the items, shipping and applicable tax. A payment is complete only when the payment service confirms it. Contact us if you have a payment question.
Order acceptance
Submitting checkout is a request to purchase. Where an order is accepted, its confirmation identifies the items and amount. A submitted request alone does not establish that payment has completed.
Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. U.S. territories and international destinations are not currently served. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. The estimated total is 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Our order cutoff is 7:00 p.m. CST (UTC−06:00), fixed year-round and not adjusted for daylight saving time. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays enter the handling period on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Returns and refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. For a change of mind, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Contact support@wildoras.shop with your order number and reason before sending a return. Obtain authorization and return instructions first. There is no restocking fee. We cover return shipping for our errors, damage or defects; change-of-mind return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
Using your ornament
These items are decorative ornaments, not toys or fragrance products. Place them away from the driver’s view, controls and airbag areas. Check the cord and attachment before use and remove an ornament if it interferes with safe operation.
